2）Supervise, inspect, guide and train the production and operation of the antibody factory in accordance with the relevant regulations and requirements of the national drug, safety, environmental protection and other relevant laws and regulations, and ensure the safety of the plant operation.
3）Organize the formulation and implementation of production strategy planning, preside over the formulation and adjustment of the annual production plan and total budget, and be responsible for the validation of the annual comprehensive production plan.
4）Coordinate with other departments of the company, strengthen management, ensure the standardization of duties and authorities of various departments and personnel of the antibody factory; supervise the daily production activities of all departments of the factory, hold relevant meetings regularly, find problems, analyze the causes, and take effective measures to ensure The production line is operating normally.
5）Responsible for the team building work of the antibody factory, and provide professional counseling and training to establish a benign competition mechanism between teams;
6）Responsible for establishing and maintaining good cooperative relations with partners to ensure the normal operation of the business.
1）Bachelor degree or above in chemical engineering, biology, pharmacy, etc., with overseas work experience is preferred.
2）More than 15 years of experience in the production and management of biological agents or sterile formulations, practical experience in production operations, cost control, organization and coordination and human resources management, plant construction experience is preferred.
3）Understand the development trend of the pharmaceutical industry, proficient in the production of bio-antibody products and GMP quality management system and ICH specifications;
