1）Master degree or above, major in finance, CPA/ACCA certificate is preferred;
2）Proficient in both spoken and written English,
3）Hand on experience in financial management and rich experience in overseas investment and mergers and acquisitions;
4）Experience in IPO practice;
5）Strong leadership and communication skills.
